Plus, with remote assistance software, we can work out most problems without even being on-site. We can do everything from virus and spyware removal to a general tune-up or a complete system reload. Hardware upgrades, part replacement and installation is also available. Competitively priced, labor costs are only $75/hour (one hour minimum) for on-site diagnostics and repair.

	Phone Support and Internet Based Remote Control Support is also available for only $1/minute. We can walk you through most software related issues over the phone. If you have a connection to the Internet we can take control of your computer and resolve the issue remotely.
